The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer who can own escalations, deliver projects, and step confidently into a senior client-facing role. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll work across enterprise technologies, guide junior engineers, and play a key part in shaping solutions.
What You’ll Bring

Non-negotiable: Solid Level 3 experience in an MSP or IT services environment.

Depth across Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure.

Strong networking, security, and virtualisation skills.

Ability to lead projects, solve problems under pressure, and engage directly with clients.
